Marc Fisher was great. He did not pressure us and allowed us to make the decision on our own. He was very knowledgable about the Infiniti product and taught us about the vehicle we purchased. I went online and had a pre-negotiated price through USAA's Car Buying Service. Within 15 minutes of clicking for the dealer to contact me, Marc called and we had an appointment set up for me to come l USAA's Car Buying Service. Within 15 minutes of clicking for the dealer to contact me, Marc called and we had an appointment set up for me to come look and test drive my dream car. When I arrived, Marc was respectfully and kind, allowing me to look around for the perfect model with just the right options. It was the easiest,quickest, and greatest car experience of my life! I have been to several Infinity dealers plus other car dealerships. I was not treated seriously or with any respect by any of them except Marc Fischer at Infinity of Tampa and I might add that it was jus dealerships. We were dealing with Joe Peters and I think we had the best car buying experience with him at Infiniti of Tampa. He was able to find a car that met all our criteria. We didn’t feel pressured by him. He was so patient with us. He was fantastic. So after three hours of processing, driving test, etc., we were driving home our 2012 Infinity FX35. It was an uncomplicated experience and we would highly recommend Joe as the right person to deal with at the Infiniti of Tampa. More
Recently, I purchased a 2010 G37 from Infinity of Tampa. I looked at cars from numerous dealers and the process took some time. My salesman, Robert Ahrens, was great with follow-up and patient throughout the process. He was able to find a car that met all my criteria. Unfortunately, the car had a few deep surface scratches. Robert and his manager, Ron Surette, assured me the scratches could be removed. Ron said they would make sure the car was perfect before I ever took it off the lot. The repair took three days and was worth the wait. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations! Jess, my service advisor, was fantastic. He gave me a loaner car and was always available to let me know how the repair was progressing. They even found a few spots I missed. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. More
In October, 2011, in response to my internet inquiries about a Mercedes-Benz, Warren Sterling of Infiniti of Tampa contacted me and invited me to test drive a Mercedes which was in their inventory. After about a Mercedes-Benz, Warren Sterling of Infiniti of Tampa contacted me and invited me to test drive a Mercedes which was in their inventory. After test driving a Mercedes and several other makes of cars, I ended up buying a 2009 Infiniti FX35. Over all, I was very happy with the level of service I received from the staff at Infiniti of Tampa who were all very courtious and professional but I was particularly pleased with the service I received from Warren Sterling for the following reasons: 1) Warren was very patient with me during my decision making process. I really didn't know what I wanted. He pointed out the different features of the cars I test drove so that I could make an informed decision. 2) Warren was very calming and unrushed even though I didn't make up my mind until it was closing time and he didn't have time to have the car detailed until the next day. Then he and an associate delivered my car to me at my home and spent time showing me how to program my garage door to the car's remote system. 3) In addition, Warren saw to it that I received the owner's manual and a second key which was missing from the car when I brought it. In my opinion, Warren is a great asset to the Company and I would highly recommend doing business with Infiniti of Tampa. More
