Brian is an adept communicator and is one of the best advisors I have had the pleasure of working with. Brian understands how to listen to customers and extract those details which make a big difference. The overall atmosphere at the dealership was very professional, clean, very enthusiastic, energetic and displays positive behavior. It is people like Fadi that can actually revive the industry and hopefully regain its level of respect that it deserves. I have never been dealt with the utmost sincerity and integrity that Fadi has offered me. He truly is one of a kind. Many dealerships could learn a thing or two from lower level management in order to increase revenue, sales, retention ratios etc.... by simply trying to understand what truly ticks customers and how to have them engaged fully. I thank Infiniti of Tampa for allowing me the experience of a lifetime of actually feeling appreciated as a customer and catered to. Eddie Diaz is the best service advisor that I have ever had. I took my 2014 Q50 Sport Hybrid in for its first service. Eddie Diaz has been my service advisor for my last three vehicles. I can call Eddie and ask for help getting my car in for service or repair and I have NEVER had an issue. All repairs and service that I have had were all done right the first time. Very satisfied with the Service Department I called the service department at 9:30 on a Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for my FX37 for 2:00 that afternoon for regular schedu I called the service department at 9:30 on a Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for my FX37 for 2:00 that afternoon for regular scheduled maintenance. I arrived at 1:45 and was greeted by Kevin, who got my car into service immediately. Infiniti of Tampa has an extremely nice and clean waiting area for service customers. I took advantage of their free snack bar. The young man running the snack bar was extremely polite and very helpful. He also indicated that he was part of program for helping Autistic adults. I am glad to see that this dealership is sincere about giving back to the community. Kevin came in twice to give me updates on the car and to see if I needed anything while I waited. When it came time to checkout, he had all of the paperwork completed and explained what they had done. He made a couple of recommendations for future repairs, but did not pressure me to get them done immediately. I signed the paperwork, paid and was out the door ver quickly. Rich was responsive, very thorough and accommodating in working with me to make sure that I selected the car that I was looking for and obtaining for me the best deal available without numerous back and forth time consuming communications. Once we agreed on terms for a new Q70, Rich met me at the airport, drove me to Infinity of Tampa and I was driving away in my new car within 90 minutes. This buying experience was the most professional and efficient that I have participated in and I would not hesitate to do the same again in purchasing my next Infinity. Thanks Rich! More

My wife and I were treated in a highly professional manor by what I concider to be a truly knowledgable team. I haven't taken possession yet as they are adding a few dealer options and detailing.
