We have attempted to contact you to offer some assistance in getting this issue resolved. Unfortunately with a car the age of yours with over 100k miles on it, things will go bad from time to time. When you purchased your vehicle 6 months ago, it did pass all inspections and the A/C was performing properly. As you mentioned, we did offer the option to purchase an extended warranty just for instances like this and you chose to opt out. Paul, As stated, per the carfax, this makes the third time that the car has had the same issue. Yet nothing was mentioned at the time of sale. And im supposed to trust that the service dept checked off that the A/C was working? The same service dept that left parts off my car? I dont think so. I would like the part replaced. I dont think a $200 dollar part is much to ask seeing as i paid $10,000 for a car with over 100,000 miles on it.
