Stay away from used/get a second opinion on service rec I bought a “certified clean car fax “ used G37 later found it had been in accident. Carfax says they don’t report all accidents and dealership should I bought a “certified clean car fax “ used G37 later found it had been in accident. Carfax says they don’t report all accidents and dealership should have caught at inspection. Last time I was in for service another man in waiting room had same issue. Clean Carfax but had issues from accident. Car is rusting around door front and back and they won’t cover have had car 3 years. They said since I had an accident in the back it’s not covered even though their body shop did the work. Service can’t be trusted they tried to charge me 1,000.00 for leaking valve cover gasket that wasn’t leaking. Once they realized I had a warranty it wasn’t leaking anymore but might leak? Shady I also got a second opinion and it was not leaking. I complained to James the service manager and he covered it but they still charged me 50.00 deductible to cover something that wasn’t even broken yet. But not worth he argument over 50.00. I might go here for an oil change until I get rid of this car, but get a second opinion on all other repairs. Go somewhere else! I think I’m done w Infiniti although I love the QX60 May have to change to another make. More

Buyer beware!!!! They are crooked, salesy, and plain dishonest! Yesterday they were upset I didnt spend $1,700 on new tires (they told me by phone before I got there They are crooked, salesy, and plain dishonest! Yesterday they were upset I didnt spend $1,700 on new tires (they told me by phone before I got there it would cost $1,000) so they made me wait 1.5 hrs for an oil change. I will NEVER go back even though they are close. More
