You are just flat wrong! Your service department and service manager were nothing but rude and condescending from the moment I arrived and continued the entire time I was there. Your service managers comments on the warranty claim is what made the determination that Infiniti warranty service made to not approve the claim. They flat lied on the warranty claim after they were shown on your used and new QX60s the same exact issue. Then the service manager lied that there was an appeals process by calling Infiniti Consumer Affairs. ICA confirmed this by stating that you dealerships do this just to get customers to leave and that there is no appeals process. The worst dealership I have ever experienced and worst customer service ever. Rude and Liars...that is the experience I received from your dealership.
