Zero stars for the dealership, service department, and Infiniti warranty service. I brought my 2017 QX60 into the service department to have the rims inspected for paint peeling on the spokes. The fir Infiniti warranty service. I brought my 2017 QX60 into the service department to have the rims inspected for paint peeling on the spokes. The first thing said to me was that the rims had been repainted. Which they have not been...its factory paint. I showed the service manager on all of their used QX60s with the same exact rims, that they all had the same issue. Then I showed him on the two QX60s they had that were brand new, that the issue was on the new vehicles rims as well (just not as bad). But clearly that the way Infiniti applied the two tone paint to these particular rims is an issue and clearly as all their used QX60s had paint peeling in the same exact location and including my rims peeling in the same exact way. After Infiniti warranty denied the claim as the service manager submitted the warranty claim with "rims have been repainted" even though they have not been and showed the issue existed on every new and used QX60s they had on their lot that had the 20"rims. They proceeded to lie to me by giving me Infiniti Consumer Affairs number to call and appeal the warranty denial. Spoke with Infiniti Consumer Affairs, who admitted there is no appeals process once warranty claims denies a claim. The consumer affairs agent said dealerships will tell costumers that they can appeal the warranty denial and to call Infiniti Consumer Affairs to just get them to leave the dealership. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau who have opened a case to mediate/arbitrate with Infiniti Warranty. Will never purchase another Infiniti again! Dealership, Service Department, and Warranty Service is the absolute worst. Also, STAY AWAY from these 20" rims they offer on the QX60...they way the paint is applied is defective and the paint will peel given a few years...I am not even out of the factory bumper to bumper warranty period and yet Infiniti denies there is an issue. More

My used car buying experience was bad. When I gave them a chance to fix the situation the service department made it worse. They didn't properly check the vehicle before delivery and then the service writer chance to fix the situation the service department made it worse.
