No pressure when I simply went to test drive. Very informative and treated me like a friend. This has been the worst experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I flew in from Georgia to buy a certified pre owned vehicle. Upon my arrival nothing was done on the vehicle despite the numerous communicat vehicle. I flew in from Georgia to buy a certified pre owned vehicle. Upon my arrival nothing was done on the vehicle despite the numerous communications with the sales rep of my arrival. The radio was not working (blown fuse) an oil change had not been done at the dealership on the vehicle since 2018 (the year of purchase), the air filter was filthy, the CPO warranty was not in the system, the documents were not ready for my signature upon arrival like I was told they would be. This dealership ran my credit 3 times for the purchase of the same vehicle. My intention was to fly in Monday and drive home Tuesday however I had to stay an additional night because they had to complete the oil change, replace a blown fuse to correct the radio issue, replace washer blades, etc. I would not recommend Tampa Infiniti to anyone and would never purchase another vehicle from them. I had to file a complaint with corporate. More
