Recently purchased and pre owned certify 2021 Q50 from Infinity of Tampa. After waiting more than 2.5 hours for a financial officer to finalize a cash deal the sales associate presented a box containing Infinity of Tampa. After a brief exchange of my displeasure for their failure to disclose this information prior to negotiating a fair deal for the vehicle, we departed with expectations this would be handled appropriately at a later time. I firmly believed Infinity and this particular dealership would eventually make this right, being an owner of several Infinity vehicles and a patron to Clearwater Infinity, there’s just a simple expectation and experience that is unparalleled. After making several attempts to call and email the General Manager Mr Starlink I have received no communications and zero support whatsoever. I fully expected a resolution at this point and it does not appear Infinity of Tampa has any interest in replacing this key fob. I am very dissatisfied with this dealership and would discourage anyone from expecting full disclosure from an unethical place of business. This is deceptive and unfortunate, and for those who do not know, a key fob is valued at approximately $500. I would not have purchased this vehicle at any he negotiated price had I had this knowledge. More

Took my car in for a warranty repair but the company won’t warranty my car as I bought it pre owned and the previous owner didn’t take care of the car like they were supposed to. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. More
