The pricing was completely transparent, and we felt zero stress signing the paperwork, knowing we were getting the best deal around. It felt like I was talking to an AI because I was being asked the same exact question in different ways when I couldn’t make it more clear what I was trying to do. When I sent them a quote of exactly what I was trying they still tried to lie and make a fool of me. Trying to convince me to downgrade my car and tack on fees. They don’t offer loyalty discounts or even try to help. I reached out a few months ago too and they gave these “discounts” but tacked a ton of fees on. It just seems like this little cat and mouse game is all they want to play. I even went in person to get my car serviced here and spent over $500 and I don’t even think they completed what I paid for because what was reported to carfax was a lot less than what I paid which I reached out to ask about it and they ignored me. I held and held and held writing this negative review assuming at some point they would handle. As of this post, nada! I bought a 2025 QX80 site unseen. They delivered this beautiful car to me, the transaction was smooth and easy, until... I didn't get my second key. "We will ship it to you tomorrow". I have called, emailed multiple times, "Oh the parts department is closed, we will send it tomorrow". I have literally had the car for a month. I paid for a brand new car, including the 2nd key. What frustrates me is why they would take such a great experience and turn it into such a negative one. No key, no email, no return phone call, now I am just mad! Send me my second key or the $750 to buy and program one. Seriously, how stupid to do this to a customer who was so happy with this transaction, until now. As they say, treat somebody right they will tell a friend or two. Treat them wrong, they will tell ten (or the world as the case may be). Everything is my opinion, but if customer service is important to you, maybe go elsewhere! More
