Very unhappy, burning foot I have a 2017 QX50, took it in to get checked service tech (Dave)was really rude about the whole thing with his questions and why I waited so long to I have a 2017 QX50, took it in to get checked service tech (Dave)was really rude about the whole thing with his questions and why I waited so long to bring it in. The service tech put a thermometer and drove it on and almost got my QX50 hit by another vehicle, the service tech checked the thermometer when we arrived back at the Infiniti service center which read Heat of 135 degrees coming from vent burning my foot when I apply the brakes. The service Dept. Scott told me that that they would have to do more research on the why this was happening. Their results were ALL VEHCILES have the same problem with heat on your foot while applying the brakes. I replied (NO THEY DON"T) I had a 2006 Honda Pilot and my Toyota did not burn my foot . I replied can't you put a heat shield to keep the heat from burning my foot/ The service department employee told me that there was nothing that they could do and I would just have to turn my A/C on while I drive. Very, Very disappointed with the Infiniti service department and dealership and would not recommend to anyone to buy an Infiniti from the Tallahassee. More
Overall good experience I came to get an oil change and to find out why my suv keeps cutting off. However, I could not wait around and had to get back to work. I was dropped I came to get an oil change and to find out why my suv keeps cutting off. However, I could not wait around and had to get back to work. I was dropped off to work and picked up once my car was ready. I truly appreciated that. The cost of the diagnostic was pretty expensive for them to tell me about it was a crank shaft sensor. More

Love getting my car serviced Scott and Dylan are excellent service consultants and Teresa compliments them well. Not sure of the Service Manager's name but he is very friendly. Fantastic service! I was traveling through an experiencing a problem with my Infiniti. I was close to your service center so I decided to stop by and see if it could be I was traveling through an experiencing a problem with my Infiniti. I was close to your service center so I decided to stop by and see if it could be looked at and repaired. As soon as I pulled up the advisor greeted me and was quick to take my car in to be looked at. I am terrible with names, but I believe it was Dylan Lanier. Him and his technician (Colby?, like i said, terrible with names) were quick to go over my options with me. I respect their honesty and swift service. More
