I had the pleasure of working with Ed at Kraft Infiniti in Tallahassee, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was personable, easy to talk to, and truly great at his job. Ed patiently walked me through every step of the process and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When I left the dealership unable to make a decision, he told me that if I made a decision and wanted to move forward that he would drive the car to me (over an hour away). The next day, when I finally decided to purchase, Ed went above and beyond by personally driving the car to me after his work day ended. He even spent time in my driveway further explaining features and walking me through turning them off and on. Following the purchase, he has reached out to help me set up the Infiniti app on my phone. Additionally, while filling out paperwork digitally, I called Demarcus approximately fourteen times and he patiently answered all of my questions!
