This was the second time that I have purchased from Infiniti of Springfield. So I have a 10 year history with this dealer and their service department. It took a little longer than usual to get the new Infiniti of Springfield. So I have a 10 year history with this dealer and their service department. It took a little longer than usual to get the new 2022 QX60, do to the shortage of chips etc…and was elated when it finally came in. Victor was our salesman, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. He kept in contact during the whole process. In the end, after purchasing the car, you deal with the service department which was part of my decision to go with another Infiniti. You develop a rapport with the service guys and I knew that they would continue to give me great service. More
