Took my car for a tire rotation, had less than 10k miles, noticed vibration. Took it back the next day Mike the service manager said I needed a thrust balance. Long story short was sold a set of Michelin tires that were one flat My car requires run flat tires because of the tight suspension I have a Q 50 sport. After a month and a half later I get my car back with the same tire saying there’s nothing they could do after selling me tires that are not supposed to be on my vehicle because it’s unsafe because of the weak outer walls of the tire. These people pretty much sold me something and put my kids in my life in danger I will be speaking with an attorney and will never deal with these people ever again. More
