My wife brought her QX56 there because it had a P0420 code. Your computer couldn’t talk to her ECU, yet my scan tool and other shops are able to talk to it just fine. When my wife came to pick up her car, the service guy tried to scare her with the price of a new ECU and Cat and suggested that she trade in her vehicle. It worked, she was scared and I had to talk her down and get a second opinion from another shop to calm her down. You’ve lost future business from us. The only positive from the visit is that they took care of an airbag recall while it was there. However, I had also mentioned an issue from when the body shop did the repaint on the vehicle previously and it seems as that was ignored too. My wife an I are frequent visitors to the area and we have always been very Pleased with how Mike in the service department has treated us with our old QX30. The day we bought the new QX50, he was actual have always been very Pleased with how Mike in the service department has treated us with our old QX30. The day we bought the new QX50, he was actually the one who first showed it to us. He made sure the whole process went smoothly and required the least amount of time necessary. On our last visit he made sure the additional options were ordered and installed on our vehicle in a timely manner so we could go on our East Coast Trip. Thank You so much! More
Battery check was great. However the car wash was crap. No vacuum, didn’t open doors to clean inside doors. Back was still dirty. They could have put a little more effort in to cleaning an Infiniti.
