I’m not good with names but, I think the Service manager’s name was Mike. I let him know that I was a long ways from home with my kids and was concerned about getting stranded on the road after my c manager’s name was Mike. Mike brought me into his office and explained what was diagnosed and the cost to fix it. I greatly appreciated the honesty and fair cost of the services rendered. With that level of comfort, I asked if there were any services due, and I had my oil changed and tires rotated. It was Saturday and I knew if I didn’t get the issue taken care of that day, the rest of my trip and making it back home by Monday to get the kids to school and wife back to work would have been in jeopardy. Mike corrected the incorrect information after scanning the vin bar code and provided a complementary vehicle wash. I evacuated from New Orleans to Biloxi and when I arrived I discovered a gash in my tire. I showed up to Infiniti without an appointment. The service experience was excellent . We don’t have an Infiniti dealer in our town so we had to travel a long way to them .
