Not happy One service I am told need brakes and fix the third light. The cost quoted 400.00. Several months later went back they said breaks were ok did not ne One service I am told need brakes and fix the third light. The cost quoted 400.00. Several months later went back they said breaks were ok did not need to replace and the third light was now going to cost over 600.00. I was not happy about either feel I cannot trust what they told me at service. .The 600.00 was for the light only did not include breaks. More

But being a loyal patron for years, I have always enjoyed and been impressed with the courteous staff and efficiency with which they’ve always dealt with me. My go to service rep is Wilson. He’s always so professional, timely, and upfront. I’ve enjoyed working with him. I know that he and the rest of the service team will take care of me, the concerns I have, and the car. Thank you! I booked the appointment days in advance on line and specifically requested a loane My experience with the service center was the worst I've ever had. I booked the appointment days in advance on line and specifically requested a loaner. When I arrived there were no loaners and I was told that the situation was my fault because I didn't speak with an actual person which would lead me to the question of why are there on line appointments? The service manager was condescending and when I called to discuss a warranty issue with my QX60 he didn't even call me back. I will never set foot in this dealership again. More
