Simple service 38% higher cost that last time. Service consult acknowledged mailer with fairly reasonable rate for oil change, last 5K service was $79, this time it was $110. Nothing special about being on the lift for less than 30mins, oil & filter were 40% higher & tire rotation made up the difference. Everyone was helpful, out the door in less than hour, which is why I came back to try "new" owners. Have to decide if worth the time savings, or just do it myself next time. More

Almost excellent! Good service ...efficient..through and great communication with service agent . My only issue was not being able to receive a loaner vehicle, due to Good service ...efficient..through and great communication with service agent .
