We are pleased to learn that you and Edson have a positive relationship. And like a good Service Advisor should do, he gave you the favor of working you in for service on the same day as your request. He did inform you that if you did come in it was going to take two hours. We are sorry, but there are customers who schedule service well in advance. It is not fair to let others without appointments to move to the front of the line. However, we are compassionate and do understand that emergencies happen. When they do we'll work you in, and in doing so please be fair and understand that there may be a wait.
