Ever did a great job on making sure I was taken care of. We did talk about putting my front license plate holder, but it didn’t happen. Probably because I briefly mentioned it verbally and my car had bigger problems to deal with. So far, my car is feeling good. I’m still nervous about stepping on the gas and losing control again though. I’ll get over it! More

When I walk in at my scheduled appointment t South Bay Infiniti staff have always been friendly, professional, honest, and understanding of my time. When I walk in at my scheduled appointment time, they are ready to get started right away. If I'm a little early, they acknowledge my presence and let me know that I'll be helped as soon as possible. In the meantime, I can help myself to coffee, tea, water, and/or a snack in a comfortable waiting area. Wilson, in particular, provided excellent service. He offered a free car wash along with my service, made sure the recall for my car was properly addressed, and was honest and accurate about the time it would take to finish the job. He made sure I had his card when I left and offered to take my call personally the next time I needed to schedule service. Thanks to Wilson and to all Infiniti service staff! Great job! More

I continue to come back to Infiniti of South Bay because of my great service advisor Edson. He is always very nice and professional. He doesn’t try to sell you service that is not needed. Ed goes the extra of my great service advisor Edson. He is always very nice and professional. He doesn’t try to sell you service that is not needed. Ed goes the extra mile for his customers. If Ed left this dealership, I would probably go elsewhere for service or just sell my Infiniti and buy a different make of vehicle. Note, this dealership needs to provide better snacks for their customers waiting for service. More
