Felt like a first time customer. Zero star rating. I have been coming here for service for over 10 years. Up until my recent visit, I always felt I was treated well. The last visit was totally differen I have been coming here for service for over 10 years. Up until my recent visit, I always felt I was treated well. The last visit was totally different. Service took too long. Communication was poor. I had to call next day to find out if car was ready. New owners do not honor long service discount card, and never communicated that fact. I will probably not return for service. I give the dealership a zero star rating. More

I have had my car serviced from Infiniti of South Bay since 2005 when I purchased the vehicle. With 111,000 miles, I have followed the recommendations of your team of specialists and never been disappointed. My car today, as it ages, is still in primo shape.
