Awful experience now that car is off warranty Came in for an oil change appointment. Sat for 2 hours before Candice informed me my car then still needed an additional $1400 of work. She also had Came in for an oil change appointment. Sat for 2 hours before Candice informed me my car then still needed an additional $1400 of work. She also had said they could reprogram my husband’s key for 0 charge (on estimate). 2 hours later she wanted $90 for it since my car was off warranty. I paid for the oil change and left. Local mechanic inspected my suspension and confirmed the cracked arm bushings do not need replacing. I will not be returning to this service department. More

Very easy smooth process to get car maintenance done I booked the maintenance online. They sent me email reminder prior scheduled date. I waited in dealership where they provide, water, coffee, snacks, I booked the maintenance online. They sent me email reminder prior scheduled date.
