Oil change maintenance I scheduled appt for oil change service 1.5 weeks prior to appt., requested a loaner car, even had to change anticipated date in order to get a loaner I scheduled appt for oil change service 1.5 weeks prior to appt., requested a loaner car, even had to change anticipated date in order to get a loaner car. When I got there I learned 2 things, 1, they did not have a loaner car request for me, 2. Due to new ownership, they no longer accepted my Infiniti of SB Adv Member Privileges Card (Issued to me several years earlier), which offered me free oil and filter change. The service Advisor Wilson C. was very nice, he went and found a loaner car for me quickly, apologized for no longer accepting the Member privilege card, but did give me 10% off oil change. Wilson C, was very good, updated me about my car and had it cleaned thoroughly. More

Edson saved me! We returned late Tuesday from a vacation. My car would not start. AAA jumped my car and said to go straight to the dealership. could be better attitudes need to be more happy friendly. The Dealership/service center is close to my home we live in the Northwest san pedro /palos verdes area so it beats driving to cerritos Infiniti d The Dealership/service center is close to my home we live in the Northwest san pedro /palos verdes area so it beats driving to cerritos Infiniti dealership but hands,down they got you cause you drive up and right away there out the office trying to service you asking do you need coffee /doughnuts /etc ....also if they see your a good paying customer they give you a cap or something. ...also the technicians make sure everything is good before you leave and the service people ...when I come to torrance I have to double check always because not enough attention to detail . Last two service appointments car was have washed not clean as it could be and after my oil change the computer was not reset I had to go back in the service center to get a tech to finish his job should I say more. More
