Bad Experience My experience with the service center was the worst I've ever had. I booked the appointment days in advance on line and specifically requested a loane My experience with the service center was the worst I've ever had. I booked the appointment days in advance on line and specifically requested a loaner. When I arrived there were no loaners and I was told that the situation was my fault because I didn't speak with an actual person which would lead me to the question of why are there on line appointments? The service manager was condescending and when I called to discuss a warranty issue with my QX60 he didn't even call me back. I will never set foot in this dealership again. More
