could be better attitudes need to be more happy friendly. The Dealership/service center is close to my home we live in the Northwest san pedro /palos verdes area so it beats driving to cerritos Infiniti d The Dealership/service center is close to my home we live in the Northwest san pedro /palos verdes area so it beats driving to cerritos Infiniti dealership but hands,down they got you cause you drive up and right away there out the office trying to service you asking do you need coffee /doughnuts /etc ....also if they see your a good paying customer they give you a cap or something. ...also the technicians make sure everything is good before you leave and the service people ...when I come to torrance I have to double check always because not enough attention to detail . Last two service appointments car was have washed not clean as it could be and after my oil change the computer was not reset I had to go back in the service center to get a tech to finish his job should I say more.
