And, thank you for your compliments on our service center, we're glad that you found it feels like home. In the mornings we have fresh ground Starbucks coffee and danishes and in the afternoon there is always bottled water, fresh cookies and miscellaneous snacks. Our waiting room has big roomy comfortable chairs and couches with a big-screen TV to watch and relax or tables to work on.

Please call me on this so that we can make sure this is handled correctly and make this right for you. I'd like to personally have your vehicle put on the lift, have the brakes inspected and explain why (or why not) they need to be replaced. The discrepancy in price could likely be because we periodically run service specials. Right now we have a service special to replace front or rear pads and resurface rotors for only $249. To do both front and rear would be $498. Offer expires 10/31/18. This offer was mailed to current clients and is available online at www.infinitiofsouthbay.com.
