Great service as always This particular appointment, the service employee that helped me was Candice and she was excellent, she answered when I called to set up my appointmen This particular appointment, the service employee that helped me was Candice and she was excellent, she answered when I called to set up my appointment and was very helpful and then when we pulled up she was the first person to walk out and she was great. Explained everything to me as well as pricing and also called me later to follow up and give me an update, then checked me out efficiently when I came to pick up my vehicle. I realize this survey is only for this recent appointment but I wanted to take a moment to comment on my previous appointment as well since when I initially tried to do my review last time the system didn’t go through and I was unable to. Anyway, Wilson was my service tech then and he was awesome. He not only was very friendly and welcoming but took care of my car and even found a couple of other issues I didn’t mention but needed and to be totally honest, his helpfulness is what made me a repeat customer. He wasn’t my service tech this time so I wasn’t sure how it would be but Candice was great, too and if all of the staff at South Bay Infiniti is this great, I’ll be a customer for years to come.
