The Worst Service Ever I bought a 2015 pre-owned certified Q60 in early October from this dealership. The car is under warranty until 2023. The car stooped on the highway th I bought a 2015 pre-owned certified Q60 in early October from this dealership. The car is under warranty until 2023. The car stooped on the highway three weeks later. I had the car towed to a dealership near my workplace. The engine was replaced. I drove the car for three more weeks and one morning the car would not start. I had the car towed to the dealership that sold me the car. While on the highway in the tow truck, Mitch told me to take the car back the store that replaced the engine. I explained that i thought the problem was with the starter this time. Mitch still told me to take the car to the other store. He said they should not have to go back over another shop's work. I told him I wanted to buy another car from his store instead of keeping the car that had stopped two times while i was working. He told me I would waste thousands of dollars if I attempted to buy another car. He said i would have to pay taxes and fees a second time and that his store would not negotiate a deal with me. The encounterwas very surprisng because he was not sympathetic or encouraging. I expected him to say let's see if the car can be made reliable or see what we could do to get me into another car. Instead, he sedmed like my car was not their problem and they did not want to get involved. Since i bought the car from them, i felt abanfoned. When I arrived, 90 minutes later, Mitch had not told the service department the car was being towed to their store. The service manager was friendly and professional. They looked at my car and said the starter had not been properly tightened to the engine, which caused my car not to start. I described an electrical issue I was having and he told me to schedule an appointment. Recently the service tire light had started to come on. This message appears every time the car is strarted. I don't understand why the service department did not address this issue while they examined my car, or recommend a way for me to address this issue. I was so focused on the fact that my car wouldn't start until I forgot to mention it. The service providers saw the light and should have mentioned it. For some reason, this store does not seem interested in servicing my car. I don't understand why, since all I have done is buy a car from their store and request service when the car would not start. My experience with the Alex the sales manager was worse than dealing with Mitch. I called the store to say I was supposed to schedule an appointment for my car to be serviced and that I wanted to talk about my issues with the way Mitch treated me. He told me he had attended a meeting about my car and did not need to talk to me about it. I asked if he wanted to hear my side of the stry. He repeatedly said he did not. I told him I have never spoken to a manager who didn't want to know all the facts regarding an issue, and he told me he did not want to hear my story. Wow. He was calm and arrogant and a complete jerk. Mitch aggressively told me not to bring my car to their store, and he assured me I would not receive a deal on another car from their dealership. Alex calmly assured me he had no interest in my feelings, my experience with his assistant manager, or my business as a customer. He made me feel belittled. My stomach hurt. My conversations with Mitch and Alex still bothers me today. I don't understand why Mitch and Alex openly showed me that they do not want my business. I guess the reason why shouldn't matter, but it does. It's a painful memory. I work hard and I should be able to buy a car without being told to go somewhere else. I should be able to talk about an experience in a atore with a manager. I really don't understand how they could treat me so poorly and feel good about themselves. More

I’d say about twice what I can have performed at outside mechanic. I’ve had this experience in the past and it is quite disappointing. Please review your pricing. More

They can’t figure out what’s wrong with your car on the first service. You are s long distance from my house so I need it done right the first time . Obviously they didn’t test drive my car because they would have heard the noise. I’m no happy I. The last two years with my service. There are a limited number of Infiniti service stores. I was sent into the office and greeted by Candice Roxas and she assisted me with ease and even advised what needed to be fixed on my car! She had great customer service and got me in and out with no problem! More
