Poor service and misleading ad I was led in to this dealer because they sent out a coupon for service. When I presented the coupon, they told me it was no good for my car. They even I was led in to this dealer because they sent out a coupon for service. When I presented the coupon, they told me it was no good for my car. They even denied sending it out. I then showed them my name, car model, and their address on the coupon. I felt they brought me in on a bait & switch, and argued with me when I protested. They ultimately agreed to honor the coupon, but grudgingly, with a fight, and after acting in a way I felt to be dishonest. I won’t be back. More
