I continue to come back to Infiniti of South Bay because of my great service advisor Edson. He is always very nice and professional. He doesn’t try to sell you service that is not needed. If Ed left this dealership, I would probably go elsewhere for service or just sell my Infiniti and buy a different make of vehicle. Note, this dealership needs to provide better snacks for their customers waiting for service. More

Ever, Service Writer, Excellent It had been quite awhile since I had been in to the dealership for service on my M-35. Ever was excellent in reviewing what we needed and what was It had been quite awhile since I had been in to the dealership for service on my M-35. Ever was excellent in reviewing what we needed and what was not really needed for a "special circumstance" on my car.....that is, very low miles over its' time. Also, helpful with the loaner which for me is essential, in that the dealership is somewhat far and difficult to get to for extended service beyond a "wait time" oil change. I'll be back soon. Qx70 for the Win I purchased a CPO 2015 Qx70 from Mark, there was a few issues with light scratches and headlights needed a good buffing. The Manager gave him the ok t I purchased a CPO 2015 Qx70 from Mark, there was a few issues with light scratches and headlights needed a good buffing. The Manager gave him the ok to get it fixed at no additional cost. Cody (I believe his name was) took care of the issues with no problem. Over all great experience, I would recommend Mark and Infiniti of South Bay. I later went back to purchase some floor matts and talk to Kim who needed a few signatures from me, she took care of my gas for the inconvenience. What more can you ask for. More
