At INFINITI of South Bay we only recommend what we see as necessary repairs to keep our clients vehicles running safely and efficiently. We do not over prescribe and recommend service when it isn't necessary. Instead of prescribing a costly repair, we lubed up some points and the sound went away. We did not notice any indications that your water pump or turbos needed replacement. Most clients appreciate our approach, and we are truly sorry if you feel we missed something.

We understand how upset you must be, and hope that your watch and necklace were simply misplaced and you have found them by now. Our service paperwork that gets signed at time of service does state that we are not responsible for anything left in your vehicle and recommend that you take anything of value with you. We spoke with our technicians and valets and also reviewed our security tapes. While your vehicle was with we did not see anyone access the trunk of your vehicle.
