Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Malibu, Beverly hills etc. I find it very complicated to take my car to the nearest Infiniti dealership which is far from I live. I am from Santa Monica and had to take my damaged vehicle all the way to Torrance which the "nearest dealership" If this message could get the Infinti franchise, busines or who ever is charge of setting a Infiniti location. This could be a big win for every Infinti owner. Thank you for you're patience. More

Lack of follow up I came to your facility for my vehicle maintenance and the service from Ebson Trujillo was awesome as always but I was approach by Mark a sales rep ab I came to your facility for my vehicle maintenance and the service from Ebson Trujillo was awesome as always but I was approach by Mark a sales rep about making a new purchase and I was very interested. I told Mark I wanted to sale my Infiniti Fx 35 and he brought his manager and gave me a verbal price for my vehicle of 14k. He wanted me to do work on a deal but couldn't stay that day but I told them to follow up with me via emai or phone on Monday and gave Mark my business card and never got a call or email. On Friday the 5th I call multiples times to dealership and I was sent to voicemail many times. I call Cerritos Infiniti and started the process with them but later that day I received a call from Kaz and Ruben and they told me that they can beat any offer. I texted Kaz all the detail I was been given because i really wanted to do business with my local dealership where I get my service done. Ruben the manager took over the process and told me the same thing but later stop replying to my text so I figured he wasn't not interested. I finished my purchase with Infiniti Cerritos. We lease a Qx60 and purchase the maintenance package. I'm really evaluating my relationship with my southbay Infiniti dealership. I like the service I get with Edson but this is the second time you guys let me down with bad service on purchase side. So don't know what to do now. More

Exhorbitant prices for parts, unresponsive sales staff. I went in for oil change. I was told that the car needed new belts, windshield washer fluid and brake fluid. The prices quoted for all three added to I went in for oil change. I was told that the car needed new belts, windshield washer fluid and brake fluid. The prices quoted for all three added to a whopping $415! Get real and serious about retaining customers. Washer fluid costs $2.99 at Pep Boys. Do you seriously think we will pay $26 for it? While the car was being serviced, I spent quite some time looking at QX30 that was in the showroom. I sat in it, opened all the doors and liked the car. I would have loved to talk to a salesman about it. However, nobody was available or interested in talking to me. The girl at the reception desk watched me while I was walking around the vehicle but did not bother to call the salesman or ask me if I needed help. So much for customer service! More
