Matt provides great, prompt customer service and always gets back to me quickly via phone or text. They always do what they say there’re going to do and I’m always able to schedule my appointments in a tim gets back to me quickly via phone or text. My sales rep was great, but the finance dept made representations regarding products I purchased (like pre-purchased maintenance and wear and tear) at the time of my lease that were misleading and de representations regarding products I purchased (like pre-purchased maintenance and wear and tear) at the time of my lease that were misleading and deceptive and the dealership refused to provide any credit or accommodation to me to rectify its misrepresentations because it was not making any money on the lease buy out. Given my experience I no longer trust the representatives at the dealership and would not recommend that anyone purchase or lease a vehicle with them. More
