Overall great experience. I used to work at a shop back in my home state and being new to Arizona I wasn't sure what to expect, but Infiniti of Scottsdale did not disappoint. The tech that worked on my G37X was James Drake and he did not disappoint. He told me what was wrong and what I could hold off on but what I actually needed. In times of inflation this is a big factor to many people for where they bring their car/truck to. Matt provides great, prompt customer service and always gets back to me quickly via phone or text. They always do what they say there’re going to do and I’m always able to schedule my appointments in a tim gets back to me quickly via phone or text. They also installed an after market dashcam for me which works wonderfully. This is our Infiniti location of choice even though we don’t live very close. More

My sales rep was great, but the finance dept made representations regarding products I purchased (like pre-purchased maintenance and wear and tear) at the time of my lease that were misleading and de representations regarding products I purchased (like pre-purchased maintenance and wear and tear) at the time of my lease that were misleading and deceptive and the dealership refused to provide any credit or accommodation to me to rectify its misrepresentations because it was not making any money on the lease buy out. Given my experience I no longer trust the representatives at the dealership and would not recommend that anyone purchase or lease a vehicle with them. More
