Brian Reich took great care of me and I'm confident he will do the same for any and all who bring their "baby" in for maintenance or repairs. The tech that worked on my G37X was James Drake and he did not disappoint. He told me what was wrong and what I could hold off on but what I actually needed. In times of inflation this is a big factor to many people for where they bring their car/truck to.
