I attempted to buy a new suv from this dealer. When I arrived at the dealer I was greated by a wonderful lady named Cinda. She showed me 2 vehicles and I liked a different vehicle than Amir picked out f arrived at the dealer I was greated by a wonderful lady named Cinda. He finnaly told me he didnt want my trade in or my deal in a very insulting manner. Amir is a loose canon and avoid this dealership and Amir at all costs. More

I purchased my G35 coupe from the fleet department at Midway Infiniti, but I now visit Scottsdale Infiniti for their great service department. Everyone is friendly and helpful, service is done quickly, a Midway Infiniti, but I now visit Scottsdale Infiniti for their great service department. I considered trying Pinnacle Infiiniti, but they were rude on the phone, and I've had others tell me they're rude in person.<br><br>I highly recommend the service department at Scottsdale Infiniti. I've had my Q45 in to Eric for service for years and he and the rest of the dealership staff have been excellent. The technicians always fix my car right the first time and it's done when promised. Went to buy a coupe and trade in my corvette. Went to all three PHX area stores. They gave me the most for my trade, a good price (and the car I wanted) and really good finance terms. Very friindly but typical pressure by the sales manager like any Van Tuhl dealership, hanging onto your car as you try to drive away. Sales manager swore that the color and equiptment I wanted was not ava like any Van Tuhl dealership, hanging onto your car as you try to drive away. Next day I saw it was available as requested at Bell Infinity, guess Infinity dealers don't work together well. A week later they still haven't been able to register the vehicle. More
