I gave this dealership the highest rating because I was treated respectfully and professionally every time I came in. While Sally and Dennis were my primary contacts, I felt that I had interacted with many more individuals and several visits and everyone was helpful and gracious. I had really intended to buy a new EX from another Infiniti dealer in northern Phoenix, but they didn't have the color combination I thought I wanted and went to Scottsdale to see the car in 'person'. When Frank Flores greeted me, I pretty much told him that and expected either a brush off or a hard sell, demeaning the other dealer. Instead, he was friendly, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable about the 'sorting out' process and spent nearly an hour with me in their offsite lot showing me how the nav system works and answering questions. There was no hard sell. As I prepared to leave, he introcuced me to the sales manager and I girded my loins in preparation for the attack, but it never came (like in the aforementioned rival). Their parting comment was, "Once you make up your mind on the color, come back and see us." When I did have a chance to go back, Frank was on vacation, so I worked with Cinda Seipel. She treated me with the same, no pressure respect I had received from Frank. They worked with me on the price so it was comperable with the "we're very aggressive and nobody can beat us, you're a fool if you don't buy from us" attitude, but without the attitude. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Oh, they also stood behind a verbal commitment on window tinting. Once again, I expected to be in for a battle. There was none. Only friendly customer service. Amazing. More
My husband and I visited several different dealerships in the phoenix-metro area including another infiniti dealership. Hands down , I would buy a car from this dealership and specifically from Kerry who we the phoenix-metro area including another infiniti dealership. Hands down , I would buy a car from this dealership and specifically from Kerry who we thought was a very friendly, knowledgeable sales person. As soon as we were greeted, he gave us an overview of the car we were interested in (FX35). He demonstrated just about every feature and benefit of the car. We mostly loved that he could do it right from the lobby floor without having to ask to turn the car on. The other infiniti dealership did not have their car turned on so you couldn't "play" with the new technology package unless you requested it. We haven't made our final decision on which car to buy, but if it is the FX35, we will buy it fron Kerry. More
My experience at Infinity of Scottsdale was the first time that I have enjoyed purchasing a new car. Since my purchase the service department, and Sally Scardino-Sivek my customer service/sales representative, have been extremely helpful in making sure that my car is well maintained and even remind me to come in for those all important oil changes, tire rotations, etc… I would highly recommend Infinity of Scottsdale to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. This is the second purchase I have made through this dealership. My first experience was an 2005 FX45, the second a 2008 FX45. The sales people are wonderful. They called me to tell me about incentives for repeat Infiniti buyers. The whole process was very simple, from start to finish it took just over two hours. The finance person was the same one I dealt with two years ago, she was very knowledgeable about the warranty options, and all the extras that a person may want for their vehicle. I actually went to the dealership with my roommate as he was purchasing a vehicle from them and I was with my recent purchase of a 2008 Infiniti EX. This may sound strange, but it was actually fun buying a car. Yes, fun. Lee Jones, new car manager, really helped make it happen. In terms of getting the car, he worked hard to find the one that I wanted. When he finally found it, he rerouted it to Phoenix in record time. The others who were (and still are!) so helpful and understanding, are part of my ‘group of three’, include Pat Donohoe and Dennis Lowry. If I have a question, they find the answer. When I say helpful- I mean helpful, for example, when my plates came in I has an exceptionally busy schedule and I could not leave work during normal business hours but… my temporary tags were expiring in a few days. Pat came out to put on my plates at my work (which was pretty far!). The three of them really went over and above of what I expected from a car dealer. This dealership ranks so high because of the people. The one person who knows how to make an operation like this possible is Ken Schatzberg, General Manager and Operating Partner. He knows how to make a customer happy and makes sure his staff does the same. I can testify to this because I have purchased four cars while he has been with SOI. I would not go back to purchase something just because I have a history with a dealership. I go back because I trust they will get me the right car, at a fair price, and treat me like I was someone special even after the purchase. Jerry Lopez (in service) is one of the greatest guys around. He knows his stuff! I have had several cars serviced there and he is always right on the money (in terms of what is wrong with the car). He always gives me updates when my car is in the shop (which is not often) and he calls me when my car is ready to go. I also love that there is a loaner car waiting for me (with gas) and I can get in and out of the service department in short order. I give my hats off to the service guys – the do a great job and when I pick up the car – it is clean and washed. I recently leased the G37 Coupe from Infiniti of Scottsdale. Everyone I worked with was very accomodating and made sure I was completely happy with my decision. He is an amazing asset to Infiniti. He also helped me with the lease of my previous car the M35.
