We bought a new G35 coupe in October 2007 in a record amount of time. The dealership is small, but committed to service during and after the sale. I have had service work done and purchased parts at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Their staff is top quality and go above and beyond to make sure you are not only happy but return time and time again. IOS is an excellent infiniti dealership, i've went to most of the infiniti dealerships in the valley and they all just wasted my time. Be prepared for a unique dealership experience. If you want a fair price, to be treated with respect and to feel like your business is valued and appreciated this is the place to shop. I have been stopped on the side of the road using my laptop and had Infiniti of Scottsdale employees pull up behind me identify themselves and make sure everything is okay. The service department always gives me my car back clean inside and out. The price for service is often less then quoted and the car is always ready before promised. Infiniti of Scottsdale has brought my complimentary loaner car to me and picked up my car for service before. This truly the best dealership in the world. Jeff 2007 G35 sedan More
Unfortunately, I purchased a 2006 Lexus IS350 on Wed. from this dealer. the test drive was ok and the car appeared mechanically sound and I inspected as well as I could in a low-light area. at 202 mil from this dealer. the test drive was ok and the car appeared mechanically sound and I inspected as well as I could in a low-light area. at 202 miles up the road on a 2200mi. trip home, the service required lights came on, then the drivers side key lock cover came off (it was a 50 knot wind gust day in Flagstaff) however for that to come off would elude to prior body work that carfax and the salesman stated had a clean history of. I can't see detail work having anything to do with the cover. I called and said I wanted to return the car, it was not as mechanically sound as they led me to believe, especially for a 24,000 mile car, and I didn't trust it for the long journey home. They refused to take the car back. 1000 miles into the drive, the passenger side rear window wouldn't go down. and at 2100 miles the oil service required warning came on, and this is after the dealer claimed they changed the oil and put 7 quarts in. I inspected the oil dipstick and it was clean and full but lights on anyhow. I had a tight time frame to buy a car, and trusted carfax.com report and thought I could trust a high end dealer to play me straight, deliberately staying away from other dealers. They put lipstick on this pig to last long enough to get it off the lot and sold me a P.O.S. that I am now stuck with. I'm registering complaints and seeking legal assistance everywhere possible. You don't screw with people period, but especially in a bad economy, because we will fight back. More

My husband and I were looking for a good, used car and had narrowed it down to Lexus and Infiniti. We drove over to Infiniti of Scottsdale and were met by Bob Shoffman who couldn't have been more pleasant or professional. He spent a good amount of time with us and actually listened to us as we stated what we were looking for in a used Infiniti product. He showed us a gorgeous G35 that was only a year old with low miles in a color we liked. After calling him the following day to say we had decided on the car, he worked with us even further in getting the price down a little more and we couldn't have been more pleased. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale as well as Bob Shoffman. I normally despise shopping for a car, but the entire process was very pleasant and simple. More

We then went to Infiniti of Scottsdale and had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Shoffman. He had a warm sense of humor, was knowledgeable and covered every single aspect of Infiniti ownership. We knew Infiniti was a good product by reading auto reviews and consumer reports, but after a test drive in an 08' G35 with Bob, we were sold. I would recommend this dealership and working with Bob to anyone in the market searching for a car. More
