All of my expectations were exceeded at the time of purchase and during the weeks that followed. Everyone went above and beyond to meet my requests painlessly and accurately, and the focus was on the detailed information about the car and ownership, not merely about getting a sale. This is a stellar group of people who obviously take pride in the brand, the dealership, and who focus on the customer. It doesn't hurt that this is also an exceptional car!! More

On the internet I found the color and interior and options I was looking for at Infiniti of Scottsdale. I emailed them and they quickly responded back with the details of the specific G37x. I telephoned and spoke to Brant Geisler and quickly agreed without haggling over a price. The paperwork was handled in the finance office by Courtney Mutema by FedEx and was very efficient. The car was shipped and other than minor delay due to the car shippers, which was no fault of the dealership, arrived without a problem. This is my first trial of buying a car over the internet but the excellent reputation of Infiniti of Scottsdale in terms of internet sales is justified based on my experience. The service was excellent, the price was excellent and the paperwork was handled very efficiently by the finance department. More
I was looking for a specific color combination on a pre-owned Infiniti G35 within my price range. After emailing the dealership thru their website I was called back within 20 min by Barry McKenzie. I told him what I was looking for and he said he would finding it for me! He called me back the same day and told me he had a vehicle come in that he was sure I would be interested in. I was unable to go down to the dealership that day but I did go down the next day with my sister and we met with his partner Bob Shoffman. Bob took us for a test drive and I must say I think he might just a a bit more gray hair after letting my sister test drive! All in all I loved the car and Bob was able to get me a fanstastic deal on it! I went down the next day to pick up my vehicle and Barry was there and walked me thru the whole process of taking delivery include setting up my cell phone to work with the car installed Bluetooth! We bought a new G35 coupe in October 2007 in a record amount of time. The dealership is small, but committed to service during and after the sale. I have had service work done and purchased parts at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Their staff is top quality and go above and beyond to make sure you are not only happy but return time and time again. Also a side note, there are two Infiniti dealers closer to me than Infiniti of Scottsdale but I go out of my way to see them due to their dedication to customer service. More
IOS is an excellent infiniti dealership, i've went to most of the infiniti dealerships in the valley and they all just wasted my time. When I got to IOS, they treated me with respected and didn't give me most of the infiniti dealerships in the valley and they all just wasted my time. Be prepared for a unique dealership experience. If you want a fair price, to be treated with respect and to feel like your business is valued and appreciated this is the place to shop. I have been stopped on the side of the road using my laptop and had Infiniti of Scottsdale employees pull up behind me identify themselves and make sure everything is okay. The service department always gives me my car back clean inside and out. The price for service is often less then quoted and the car is always ready before promised. Infiniti of Scottsdale has brought my complimentary loaner car to me and picked up my car for service before. This truly the best dealership in the world. Jeff 2007 G35 sedan More
Unfortunately, I purchased a 2006 Lexus IS350 on Wed. from this dealer. the test drive was ok and the car appeared mechanically sound and I inspected as well as I could in a low-light area. at 202 mil from this dealer. the test drive was ok and the car appeared mechanically sound and I inspected as well as I could in a low-light area. at 202 miles up the road on a 2200mi. trip home, the service required lights came on, then the drivers side key lock cover came off (it was a 50 knot wind gust day in Flagstaff) however for that to come off would elude to prior body work that carfax and the salesman stated had a clean history of. I can't see detail work having anything to do with the cover. I called and said I wanted to return the car, it was not as mechanically sound as they led me to believe, especially for a 24,000 mile car, and I didn't trust it for the long journey home. They refused to take the car back. 1000 miles into the drive, the passenger side rear window wouldn't go down. and at 2100 miles the oil service required warning came on, and this is after the dealer claimed they changed the oil and put 7 quarts in. I inspected the oil dipstick and it was clean and full but lights on anyhow. I had a tight time frame to buy a car, and trusted carfax.com report and thought I could trust a high end dealer to play me straight, deliberately staying away from other dealers. They put lipstick on this pig to last long enough to get it off the lot and sold me a P.O.S. that I am now stuck with. I'm registering complaints and seeking legal assistance everywhere possible. You don't screw with people period, but especially in a bad economy, because we will fight back. More
