I have brought my 2006 M45 in for service multiple time and have always been treated fairly and professionally. This dealer is first rate, My service given is always prompt and there is always an excellent car to use at no cost to me. The IOS Trackdays was again a great experience for me and I feel more comfident in using my car a higher rates of speed. Thanks again to the great professional driving staff who again made driving on a race track for the first time a total blast!!!!!! I also want to thank IOS for putting on such a fun and exciteing INFINITY GET TO GETHER! The classroom instructors were also very informative and made heading out for the track less stressful. IOS was the first dealer I spoke with and where I first test drove the car. Who let me drive the car how I wanted, now how some dealers forced you too. Over the course of the next 2 months I spoke with e test drove the car. Who let me drive the car how I wanted, now how some dealers forced you too. Over the course of the next 2 months I spoke with every Infiniti dealer in the state, some that were in other states, and even one in California where I knew someone. I eventually went back to IOS because no one could match their price and service I was given. Finding the specific car I wanted was also becoming a nightmare. IOS was open to what I wanted, found the exact car I wanted, and got it on a truck from another state within a few hours. This seriously impressed me as I've played the "find the car" game with other dealers. Having a dealer that not only supports but sells (with knowledgeable staff) aftermarket products is a huge plus for me. The only thing I wish was different is that IOS track days was told to me when I started the process months before actually buying the car. This would've sold me right then and there, but don't tell them that. Assuming Infiniti continues to make a vehicle like the one I own now, you will have a customer for life. Thank you for all your hard work and being what car dealer should be. More
Since purchasing my Infiniti, I have tried a number of the local Phoenix area dealers for service and warranty work. IOS is by far the best dealer in town! Their staff is always professional and eager to help out. They are always honest and take care of everything my car needs. Their parts and service people are knowledgeable and available for any of my questions, small or large and their prices are always lower. I live on the other side of the city from IOS so it is a bit of an inconvenience for me to drive to them for work but there is no other Infiniti dealer in Arizona who I would trust to do the work, do it right and for a fair price. More

Just One of the Best Infiniti dealers, I have been dealing with this dealer since 2003 and I have not found that these guys bend backward to help and provide service. I highly recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale to anyone who is looking to purchase an Infiniti vehicle. I agree with the other reviewers. This dealership is quick and responsive. I worked with Marlon Darton, Sales Consultant, and like the other reviewers, there was no "Hard Sell" on accessories etc. After doing my research on the cost of the G37 (Consumer Report New Car Price Services, Edmunds, Credit Union car broker) Infiniti of Scottsdale was able to beat the other Infiniti dealers price quotes. I believe that I got a fair price for my new G37. After I purchased my G, the dealership had their Technology Reconnect Consultant come to my home to show me how to use the car’s technology features. When I am in the market to purchase another Infiniti vehicle, I will return to Infiniti of Scottsdale. Thanks More
They were quick and responsive to understanding my needs. They understood my price points and did not try to "hard sell" me on accessories and/or upgrades. The staff was friendly and respectful. They were quick to get me into the showroom to test drive their vehicle recommendation. They listened and responded. After the test drive they brought me into the showroom to ask what my concerns were and what it would take to move forward. Above all, they were creative and fair priced. Like any dealership, they try desperately to stick to their marketed price and creatively try and find ways to make you feel you are getting every bang for your buck! In the end, do a little research; check the auctions, use all the online car valuation websites, check with your bank and insurance companies and provide the dealer with the information. After providing the documentation to them, they were quick to come off their marketed "low price". They even came up on the trade-in and split some closing costs. They were reasonable with expectation. In the end, we met in the middle of each others bid. A win-win for the dealership and me! All it took was two days; and I was not even really looking to buy a car! I would recommend the dealership to anyone who is willing to put in the work and get a fair shake. Kudos to the sales and closing teams! More
