I was lucky enough to get the brand new infiniti G7 hard top convertible Bloomingdales premier edition. What an incredible car. I have gone from Jaguar to BMW, and they are nothing compared to the G7 Conv top convertible Bloomingdales premier edition. What an incredible car. I have gone from Jaguar to BMW, and they are nothing compared to the G7 Convertible! This dealer was so honest and easy to work with. I am from out of State, but they handled my transaction as if I was sitting right in their show room. The even worked with my Infiniti dealer in California to make sure I was taken care of. Everybody worked so efficiently to process my deal, and make sure that I got the exact car that I wanted. I would recommend Scottsdale Infiniti to everyone. My purchase was done quickly and they shipped the car to me right away. Follow up after the sale has been great, not only from Scottsdale Infiniti, but from my local dealer, Palm Springs Infiniti as well. I also own a 2009 FX35, and that car is excellent also. If you have not had a chance to see the G7 convertible from Infiniti, you owe it to yourself to get over to this dealer and check it out. The style is incomparable to any other model on the market, and the interior is amazing. This car also handles the road with such ease, you barely know you are on the road and moving. It was a long time coming, but Infiniti has made the best hard top convertible I have had the pleasure of owning. I guess all good things are worth the wait. This was by far my most pleasurable experience buying from a car dealership. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable being there. I love my car but my overall experience with this dealership was terrible. I dealt wih Cinda in sales. I recall during my first visit, Cinda mentioning me taking from her "commission". Yes she said COMMISSION. She had mentioned being in Real Estate beforehand so maybe she had car sales confusedwith home sales. That should have been a RED FLAG to me not to buy but a week later the owners/managers son (as I was told) called me to try to work a deal and come closer to the price I wanted to pay. Btw I don't remember his name, but it was nice speaking with him. He was able to make decisions fast and I appreciated that. Now on to finance. I was quoted a ridiculous rate! Double what Capital One quoted me online. I was told if I bring in the approval letter from Capital One that they would match the rate. So I did just that. As I was about to sign the one page document (price/interest rate etc), the finance manager (young male- cant remember his name) put his arm over the top section of the document, where of course the interest rate was typed out. I asked if I could please look it over. Sure enough the interest rate was 1.5% HIGHER than the agreed rate. He had to make an adjustment and tried to cover his "mistake" by saying in order to get the lower rate, I had to pay off the car in fewer months (which of course was fine by me). I wasn't impressed at all. Anyhow when purchasing the car, I had requested a trunk net. Cinda said that would not be a problem at all. According to Cinda, they did not have any when I took the car off the lot but she would mail it to me. Well a month and 5 emails later (that she obviously was ignoring), I finally recd a rude reply that I should be patient, esp since I was getting it for "free". I actually still have her email in my inbox. So if you must buy from this dealership, make sure you get EVERYTHING you are promised before driving off the lot. Be sure to double check prices printed on the sales contract and interest rates. I also find it very ironic that this dealership has so many 5 star ratings. I guess its very easy for anyone to come on and create usernames and compliment how great the dealership is. I hope that isnt the case here, but I guess we will never know. More
Great Dealership, everyone my husband and I dealt with were professional and courteous and made us feel like our business was important and that we were also. They were not there just to sell a car, Bob a were professional and courteous and made us feel like our business was important and that we were also. It was and I am still telling everyone I know how great this dealership is and that I will be back to get another infinti. I love my G37 and fell very happy and blessed that I contacted Bob and he stayed intouch with until I was ready to come in. Love your dealership. They were easy to deal with - no hassles and no haggling. I liked that it was a solid sell of the vehicle without alot of maneuvering or manipulation. They were very straight-forward and professional in their stated information. There were no "mysterious options and pricing" added to their pricing on their web site, as well as on cars.com. This was the ONLY dealer contacted that worked in this manner (other dealers jacked up their pricing excessively with "mystery options) when contacted for an out-the-door quote. Their management was also extremely professional. There was no hype or pressure whatsover, just relationship-building and trying to help their customer (my wife and I) meet our goals with their product. It was quite a refreshing experience. I highly recommend Infinity Of Scottsdale! More
I have visited this dealership twice, both times were of the best experiences I have had shopping for a car. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased along with the options that were available. This is what every auto dealership should be like, they made buying a car fun. That is usually not the case. I will most definately be back to buy a new vehicle when the time comes. I encourage everyone who is looking to buy an Infiniti to stop here last so you can see what sets them apart. I received an excellent price, without hassle, without coersion or pressure. I was able to work out the price over the phone before I went to the dealership, when most dealers will not do so. This dealership also accepted the same offer I made, when another infiniti dealer rejected the offer. I received helpful service from the test drive, financing, and they even drove my old car 2 hours to my home as I did not trade it in. Service was quick, and they did not drag it out which many dealers do to wear you out. I have no complaints about what they did or how they treated me. More
