The personnel at IofS are friendly and courteous. I am not mechanically inclined, but I feel confident that the team knows what their doing with the explanations provided. I feel educated and relieved when I leave. I would also like to extend my gratitude and appreciation for allowing me to participate in the IsoTrack days at Firebird Raceway on 10/25/09. This was one of the funest experiences I've had behind the wheel of any car. Driving my G35 on the track allowed me to become familiar with what my car is capable of doing and I have a new found respect for the road. I truly had a smile from ear to ear ;o) The staff was amazing, the event was organized well, the instructors were courteous and insightful and the food was good. IOS was the first dealer I spoke with and where I first test drove the car. Who let me drive the car how I wanted, now how some dealers forced you too. Over the course of the next 2 months I spoke with e test drove the car. Who let me drive the car how I wanted, now how some dealers forced you too. Over the course of the next 2 months I spoke with every Infiniti dealer in the state, some that were in other states, and even one in California where I knew someone. I eventually went back to IOS because no one could match their price and service I was given. Finding the specific car I wanted was also becoming a nightmare. IOS was open to what I wanted, found the exact car I wanted, and got it on a truck from another state within a few hours. This seriously impressed me as I've played the "find the car" game with other dealers. Having a dealer that not only supports but sells (with knowledgeable staff) aftermarket products is a huge plus for me. The only thing I wish was different is that IOS track days was told to me when I started the process months before actually buying the car. This would've sold me right then and there, but don't tell them that. Assuming Infiniti continues to make a vehicle like the one I own now, you will have a customer for life. Since purchasing my Infiniti, I have tried a number of the local Phoenix area dealers for service and warranty work. IOS is by far the best dealer in town! Their parts and service people are knowledgeable and available for any of my questions, small or large and their prices are always lower. I live on the other side of the city from IOS so it is a bit of an inconvenience for me to drive to them for work but there is no other Infiniti dealer in Arizona who I would trust to do the work, do it right and for a fair price.
