INFINITI of Scottsdale

This was my 2nd purchase from Infiniti of Scottsdale (this time a pre-owned Nissan Maxima) and this was the 4th overall purchase from my family (as my parents also buy their cars here). As with any visit I have EVER made to the dealership, this was an extremely pleasant experience. It's so nice and refreshing to be able to know what you are paying, why and receive the quality of vehicle and service that exceeds your expectations. Kudos to Ken Schatzberg (the GM) and his entire staff! Kudos also go to the Used Car Manager, Kris. Kris and Ken found the perfect car for me and my needs and connected me with an outstanding sales associate. Even those not working with me took time to make me comfortable, take interest in my vehicle purchase and share some positive thoughts. Buying a car from Infiniti of Scottsdale is more like picking up a car from a friend. My sales consultant made me feel at ease through the entire process, showing me he understood that selecting and buying a car is a BIG decision. I really feel like he not only understood my state of mind, but respected it as well. When it came time to complete my paperwork, the Finance Manager (Courtney) was outstanding. Quick, courteous and professional. My total time at this dealership was and hour and half (which you know is great if you've ever bought a car before), but it all felt like 10 min. They overcommunicate (in a good way) to ensure you understand the process, and go out of their way to make it a comfortable and expedient process at that! More

They were able to locate the exact car that I wanted -- color combination, options, etc. and brought it in from across the country in record time so I could start enjoying driving my new G37 coupe ASAP. Service staff seems very proactive and helpful (car only has 300 miles on it to this point), and I anticipate a similar level of help, friendliness, and courtesy when I see them on a regular basis to keep my car in perfect shape for many years to come. Would not hesitate for a second before recommending Infiniti of Scottsdale to friends and family in the market for a new vehicle. We visited Scottsdale Infiniti during the summer while we were shopping around. They were very nice to us and worked well with our financial advisor to try to get a deal done then. We were not quite sure at that time that the QX56 was the way we wanted to go so we did a little more shopping around. Once we were sure that we wanted the Infiniti, our financial guy called to talk to PJ and Bob and within one afternoon the car was in route to their dealership and the deal was done. They made it very quick and easy to complete the transaction and we were still able to make our dinner plans that night. My favorite part of our experience there was the week following the purchase. We had brought the truck back in to get a clear bra put on the front. We also had to get a part replaced for the rear air conditioner. It was a fluke thing that was simple to fix. They rewashed the truck, buffed it, and topped off the tank for me. They even fixed 2 parts of the truck that had already gotten damaged in the amount of time I had it (due to trying to move a tv over the weekend)! They may have been very minor scratches to a car owner who'd had their vehicle for a year or so but being that it was still only a couple of days old, I was upset they were there. PJ and Bob had no problem taking care of them for me even though they were my fault! I really appreciated that! That to me is going over and beyond! Thanks to everyone at Scottsdale Infiniti! More

Over the past 7 years, I have purchased 3 vehicles from Infiniti of Scottsdale and have referred several friends and family members as well. As we all know, buying a car can either be a good experience or Infiniti of Scottsdale and have referred several friends and family members as well. As we all know, buying a car can either be a good experience or extermely painful and in my dealings with IOS, each time has been a good experience. They make the car buying process easy to understand and most importantly, treat me and my family with respect every time. I also want to mention the IOS trackdays events. I have participated in 3 of them so far and it's a great way to spend a day. I own an FX 45 and trackdays gives me the opportunity to have a blast driving my car without having to look over my shoulder for a flashing red light. They take good care of you- food, refreshments etc... and I think the instruction I've received has made me a better/safer driver. Thanks guys. Mark L. More
