We came in with our own loan. Our sales lady was nice but still pushy to put a down payment when I explained to them several times we are paying cash. I was also coming from out of town which they knew (2 hours away) Thankfully we had enough juice for a test drive, but we had to stop at the Tesla charging station after leaving the dealership just to make it home. Lastly, their General Manager, Tony Mancillas came through like a ROCKSTAR - AFTER THE SALE - when I needed assist in getting my Tesla dialed in with the app. More
