I've owned my Infiniti G35 coupe since 2007. I've always had my car serviced at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Gerry Lopez is my service advisor and he does an excellent job of communicating with me and facilitat had my car serviced at Infiniti of Scottsdale. He advised me that I could g schdules several more thousand miles before the repairs were needed. I had the work done recently. The service was well-executed, I received my vehicle back earlier than promised, and the price was fair. I will keep having my car serviced at the Scotsdale Infiniti and Gerry's professionalism is a big reason. More
Very good.... for a dealership. My problems were not all covered and have yet to be resolved, but at least they're taking the time to assess the issues. Juan is the highlight of the experience at Infiniti of Scottsdale. His efforts go above and beyond other service coordinators I have dealt with in the past and I'm comfortable taking my vehicle to him for repair. The wait for car dropoff past my appointment time was just over 20 minutes. Will I return to the dealership in the future for out of warranty service? Absolutely not, but that is unrelated to quality of workmanship and tied directly to pricing. Infiniti of Scottsdale is above average for a dealership, but don't expect the red carpet. More

One of the most important reasons for selecting a dealership is their service department, besides the sales department for the excellent price I received at Infinti of Scottsdale for my wonderful 200 dealership is their service department, besides the sales department for the excellent price I received at Infinti of Scottsdale for my wonderful 2009 G37-S convertible. I consider the service department the heart of dealership's operation. Afterall the service department keeps your automobile running smoothly and dependably everytime you press the ignition, not to mention extending the life of your purchase. My service consultant, Johnny Gompf and his colleagues, brings that confidence I have in selecting Infiniti of Scottsdale for purchase and service of my 2009 G37-S convertible. More

I had been in contact with Brian for the past seven months via e-mail and phone calls. Brian was very helpful with supplying information leading up to the final release of the new 2011 M. He supplied us with various pictures and technical details as soon as they became available. His information was extremely helpful in providing us with through understanding of this exciting new automobile during the final stages of its development. My wife and I had not purchased a new vehicle since 1993 and we knew that the process was going to be lenghtly and difficult. Our first inclination was to purchase used and our experiences with used car de and we knew that the process was going to be lenghtly and difficult. Our first inclination was to purchase used and our experiences with used car dealers was not pleasent and everytime we stopped to look at a vehicle there was always a deep concern about price and the sales pitch about what we were buying. When we arrived on the lot at Infinity of Scottsdale we were greeted by Illias Katsivalis and Paul Brown, our intent was to purchase a used EX35 and when we began talking about price and vehicles Paul offered us a deal on a new EX35 AWD that was unmistakenly the way to go versus a used vehicle. Their friendly approach and sales manner was a delightful change from previous dealers and I'm confient that our purchase closed at the best price afforded by Infinity of Scottsdale. Paul and Illias are a perfect example of why car dealers and salesman are different from the others. We are looking forward to a long service relationship and we will highly recommend Infinity of Scottsdale to friends and family......thank you guys. More
This was my second lease with Infiniti of Scottsdale so I am quite familar with the level of service they provide from the service department to the sales department. As my previous lease on a G35 was about am quite familar with the level of service they provide from the service department to the sales department. As my previous lease on a G35 was about to expire I had been looking at GM, Ford, VW and Buick. Each time I talked to the those dealers all I received was preasure to buy which I hate. When I went into Infiniti of Scottsdale I wanted to know what the differences would be between purchasing my G35 or leasing a new G37. Mark Kerr & Gary (Sales Manger) made the extra effort to expalin the differences without any preasure. In the end I decided to lease a new G37 and I think it was the quickest deal Ive ever made. Mark was very easy to deal with. To say the deal I got was "Smoking" is an understatment and it was far better than the deals I received from any other dealer. I am very happy with my decision and look forward to free loaner cars and great service for the next three years. More

I was given an opportunity to look at the large selection of Infinity vehicles and to test drive my car choice. I also had a trade-in and was given a fair deal on both the trade-in and new car purchase. John and his boss did everything that they could to make this purchase happen and I left very satisfied with the way I was treated and with the new car that I bought. There was even follow-up in a few days by the firm's staff to insure that I was completely content with the transaction and the vehicle. I have had an Infinity before and believe it to be an excellent car and I would have no hesitation to recommend both the Infinity vehicle and Infiniti of Scottsdale to anyone for both good products and a good purchase experience. Infinity is well known for its maintenance service and I expect to find their service of equally high quality when the time comes to require maintenance service. I can easily recommend this dealer and John Stanley to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
