John and his boss did everything that they could to make this purchase happen and I left very satisfied with the way I was treated and with the new car that I bought. There was even follow-up in a few days by the firm's staff to insure that I was completely content with the transaction and the vehicle. I have had an Infinity before and believe it to be an excellent car and I would have no hesitation to recommend both the Infinity vehicle and Infiniti of Scottsdale to anyone for both good products and a good purchase experience. I've never heard of a dealer offering professional performance driving instruction and over an hour track time in your own vehicle with a professional instructor. Everything about Infiniti of Scottsdale is great -- customer service, value, service department, etc.... But on top of that, they offer buyers free, semi-annual track days as Firebird International Ra customer service, value, service department, etc.... All you have to do is show up with a full tank of gas and some extra air in the tires. It's a guaranteed great time twice a year. And did I mention that it's free?
