INFINITI of Scottsdale

I have never seen a dealership that in 116 degree's walk across the whole lot, to ask if we needed something.< mind you we were in pool attire> I have yet seen a dealership who's salesmen will stand outside across the whole lot, to ask if we needed something.< mind you we were in pool attire> I have yet seen a dealership who's salesmen will stand outside in the rain holding an umberlla while you clean out your car, last but not Least I have never had flowers waiting on us when we drove 6 hours to get back home. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% Happy!! I have purchased several new cars before, but I have Never seen this kind of service, VIP treatment is a total understatement. Thank you to all who made buying my 1st Infiniti an experiance I will NEVER forget!!!! More

My first contact was with Rob in Internet Sales. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted and what price I should pay. Rob found me the EX35 I wanted (in Las Vegas) and at a very good price. When I picked up the car, I was shown some of the many features, including the bluetooth. For some reason my phone wasn't connecting to the car, everyone else's phone would work but mine. For over an hour I had 4 different salesmen helping to get it connected. As frustrating as it was, no one complained or gave up on it! I'm grateful they persevered as I would probably still be working on it! They told me I could come back any time and they would go over the features of the car. I only had 2 visits to the dealership when purchasing my car, but both times I found all employees friendly and helpful. Since my purchase I have talked to Larry and Sally who worked with me on an Infiniti referral promotion that I had missed. They were very helpful and followed through on their word. Although this dealership is over an hour from my home, I intend to use them for any maintenance I should need. I highly recommend this dealership for their great customer service and honesty. More

We felt his honesty & sincerity from the minute we spoke to him, and this made our decision to purchase with Infiniti of Scottsdale so easy. He was kind and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the M35 which we purchased, as well as other Infiniti models we inquired about. Our experience was all good. I wanted a charcoal grey QX56 and they found one for me in California. I had it in a few days and found that there was some water damage on the inside (the sunroof had been l QX56 and they found one for me in California.
