I did a lot of research online before I even went to the dealer so knew I wanted the M35. I also knew I wanted a black exterior and interior but they helped me with different options. The service was well-executed, I received my vehicle back earlier than promised, and the price was fair. His efforts go above and beyond other service coordinators I have dealt with in the past and I'm comfortable taking my vehicle to him for repair. The wait for car dropoff past my appointment time was just over 20 minutes. Will I return to the dealership in the future for out of warranty service? Absolutely not, but that is unrelated to quality of workmanship and tied directly to pricing. Infiniti of Scottsdale is above average for a dealership, but don't expect the red carpet. More
