This is the third vehicle we have gotten from this location (2007-G35, 2010-G37S and 2011-M37). Ever since the dealership changed hands to Infinity of Scottsdale the experience has alwyas been one of location (2007-G35, 2010-G37S and 2011-M37). Ever since the dealership changed hands to Infinity of Scottsdale the experience has alwyas been one of more than meeting expectations. We live more than 60 miles from the dealership and could have purchased many vehicles much closer to home for the convenience of service but our experience so far (only with the G35 since the others are too new to require first service)has always been one of very fair, professional interactions always displaying a sincere regard for the value of our time and our schedule (not always the case at other dealerships--Mercedes). The negotiations were handled professionally and also respected the value of our time. The negotiations seemed to be very above board with no suggestion of undue games being played. I have great confidence in both the brand of product we have acquired and the ability and desire of the dealership to represent and service it well. More
