We was not the "pushy sales guy" like some other dealerships have. After we decided to purchase the Infiniti, again, James was terrific. When we went to discuss the finance portion of the car purchase, we were not pressured into purchasing extras like other dealerships tend to do. Our customer service rep is wonderful too. She answers my calls and e-mails in a very timely manor and is also very helpful. Overall, our experience with Infiniti of Scottsdale has been very positive.
