Bob Lawson has been our service advisor for several years now. We have been very impressed with his dedication to courteous and efficient service. He has taken excellent care of our vehicle and we expect to remain with him as our service advisor as long as we live in this area. The fact that our 99-1/2 Infiniti QX4 has over 334,000 miles on it and is totally reliable and runs great is a testimony to the quality of service we have received both from Bob Lawson and from the mechanics at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Foreign vehicles are always more costly to repair due to import costs - the reason for the "good" rating on price. This is not a criticism. It is just an expensive car to maintain. I believe that Bob Lawson does everything he can to contain the costs for us and we are very appreciative of his efforts in this difficult economic time in our country. Bought a preowned 09 M35. At first couldn't get to a deal but eventually settled on a fair price. I had to trust Darrin's assessment of the car as I was looking at it online from San Diego. After we agreed on the price, I gave a credit card for a deposit and bought a plane ticket to Phoenix. I negotiated the price and was on a plane with in 2 hours! Darrin picked me up and drove me the 20-25 minutes to the dealership. Once there, I was offered coffee or bottled water and I reviewed the car. We then drove it and reviewed all of the features. We then did the paperwork (which was quick once I was in there). No hard sales from the finance guy. I wrote a check and was handed the keys. Darrin showed me how to operate everything and I began my drive to San Diego. The only real negative: I was a little disappointed that the gas tank wasn't filled. I found it a little cheap that I spent more than $30k that they couldn't fill the tank with $40 in gas pretty cheap. I have owned an Infiniti before and I expect more from Infiniti. I might expect cheapness from a no name dealer or maybe Ford, but not Infiniti. That said, I would still recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale and Darrin Dice to anyone. More

I love Infiniti of Scottsdale. The service department is always helpful, friendly and very courteous. With previous dealers, I hated taking my car in for service and would make my husband do it as I did no always helpful, friendly and very courteous. With previous dealers, I hated taking my car in for service and would make my husband do it as I did not want to be taken advantage of. However, whenever I bring my car in for service at Infiniti of Scottsdale, I always feel very comfortable. The service department will usually wash my car as well so not only do I get great service, but a clean car as well. I think it is very convenient that I am able to get a loaner car if I have to leave my car so I am not stuck without a car. Thanks. More

Honest and friendly. They were willing to work with us with the budget we had decided on (which is always a plus). We found a listing for one of Infiniti's used cars on Cars.com, which was a Mercedes. When we got to the dealership, Mark Kerr introduced himself to us and showed us the vehicle. When we purchased the car, we were told it had navigation among other features. We ended up buying the car, which was an easy process from start to finish. Several months after purchasing the vehicle, I took it in for regular service to Mercedes. They informed me that I didn't have navigation. The car had the screen, the buttons, everything to make one believe there was nav in the car (which is common in Mercedes vehicles). I went back to Infiniti to explain the situation and they quickly resolved the problem within a few days. They had the navigation installed through Mercedes which was close to $2k, arranged for a rental car, and took care of everything for us. They stand behind their word. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
