Darrin was spectacular and I had a fantastic experience buying my car. The only thing I was not impressed with was that when I called him back a week later and commented on how I didn't think only hav buying my car. The only thing I was not impressed with was that when I called him back a week later and commented on how I didn't think only having one key was correct in my purchase, he just said "yeah....that car only comes with one key since it was leased." I didn't agree with that and emailed Ken, the president and it was handled immediately and without a hitch within 2 days. I felt that since Darren already had his sale from me, he didn't see any point in working a little harder to get me a key. Other than that, he is top salesman for a reason....great personality and charm. I came in and got my key and the guy who brought my car to me said "we would have washed it, but we are busy and didn't want you to have to wait". Perhaps I would have liked the wait. Overall, I am excited for my experience with Infiniti of Scottsdale to begin and think it should be very nice. Mindi More

I have rated the Infiniti of Scottsdale as "Great" because of the service I received while working with Kevin Mason. When my husband and I began looking for a "Used" vehicle, we worked with Kevin. He asked us about what we were looking for and began the search for us. We found Kevin to be very patient with us as he provided vehicles for us to look at and we never felt that he was rushing us into a decision. More importantly, he looked for vehichles in the price range that we quoted and did not try to oversell us into a more expensive vehicle. Once we agreed upon the vehicle that we eventually purposed, we found our experience with Kevin to be pleasant as we worked through the financing. He was very instrumental in getting us the best interest rate based on credit rating. At the time of purchase, we were introduced to additional services like "MyStar" provided by Infiniti of Scottsdale just for being a valued customer. Since our purchase we have taken our vehicle in for repair work and Kevin Mason of Infiniti of Scottsdale provided us with a loander car to make sure we were not inconvencied while our vehicle was being serviced. Because of the exceptional service and attention provided by Kevin, I am rating Infiniti of Scottsdale with an overall 5 for Great Service. More

I would recommend purchasing a car from Infinity of Scottsdale to my friends and family for a number of reasons: 1) My salesman, Darrin Dice, did not sell my wife and I a car- he actually listened to Scottsdale to my friends and family for a number of reasons: 1) My salesman, Darrin Dice, did not sell my wife and I a car- he actually listened to our needs and wants,then brought out several vehicles for us to consider; 2) Darrin allowed my wife and I time and privacy to discuss the various cars- without feeling pressure to act; 3) The dealership was not crawling with sales people, but felt more like a club house with really nice cars instead of golf clubs; 4) We did not have to "talk with the manager";and 5) no pressure, no pressure. Thanks to Darrin, I would actually feel comfortable sending my family there to just look at a new or used car. Go Sun Devils! More

Upon Bob Lawson joining the Infiniti of Scottsdale team, he has been our service advisor; his dedication, timely response and follow-up, his sensitivity to customer concerns, along with his professionalism is not to be taken for granted! This man loves his job and it’s reflected in how he handles customer concerns, requests, etc. It’s an absolute pleasure working with him. I must also say that the Service Manager, Ms. Kerry Robinson, is one of the most professional, nice people I have had the pleasure to work with. Recently she went out of her way to accommodate a concern that I had and it was resolved immediately and to my complete satisfaction.
