I asked for a quote via email. He was very responsive and competitive with no hassle. I then made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle that day. I since has to bring the car back several days later to have the dealer make one minor adjustment. He responded right away and the problem was fixed. Anybody can be your best friend before the sale. I would rather judge a dealer after the sale. So far, they have been professional and courteous. This is my first experience with Infiniti with only positives to date. More

Overall experience at this dealership was good.
