That is, I investigated the virtues of specific cars I'd be interested in and the price any particular model could be reasonably sold at. I found one of these cars in the inventory of Infiniti of Scottsdale. Thus armed, I went on line to the dealership where Steven Fitch answered my email. The discussion was frank, direct, to the point, all in a spirit non-argumentative, realistic assessments of what might be possible both in new car price and used car trade-in. Finally, in the on-site inspection there was no back-peddling or attempts to jack us around. After the particulars for the transaction were settled, Steven explained features of the car to my wife and me while expediting the transaction--no delay or fuss. His manner nicely put at ease any discomfort such a transaction--spending a considerable amount of money--would be bound to have on us. He's a first-rate salesman. (2) Courtney Mutema. Courtney was an affable conversationalist and able expediter. She picked up on common points of our life-interests, especially those of family, my wife's favorite topic. From the company's point of view, she skillfully explained various of the add-on extras dealing with car-maintenance and why we might be advantaged were we to purchase one or another of them. (3) I take it that both these young people must favorably reflect a consumer-oriented attitude embedded in company policy. I'll put it this way: we left the dealership of the previous Infiniti we bought feeling a bit "screwed." Infiniti of Scottsdale left us with an feeling of "fair play" and good customer relations. Lan and I have been looking at new cars since late October 2010. On the 15th of Jan 2011 we had narrowed our search to the Lexus RX350 and the Infiniti FX35. We visited Lexus of Las Vegas first on t October 2010. On the 15th of Jan 2011 we had narrowed our search to the Lexus RX350 and the Infiniti FX35. We visited Lexus of Las Vegas first on this date then went to Infiniti Las Vegas. There was no doubt that Lan really loved the Infiniti. So, after our test drive, we sat down with the Infiniti internet manager and tried to discuss the value of the car. After our discussion, we left because their price was extremely on reasonable - especially with dealer added items. Since, Lan still like the Infiniti, on Sunday morning I decided to go on line and see if I could get a better deal. I checked with California dealers and then your dealership. I went to your web site - and immediately got a contact. The salesman, Mr. Bryan Nelson asked if he could phone me rather then send messages to each other. I agreed. When Bryan called I told him exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He told me he would check the inventory and call me when he found the vehicle I wanted. He called back in what seemed like minutes and we started to make a deal on an FX35. We talked about how I would purchase the car and if I was going to trade in a vehicle. During my conversations with Bryan I also had the opportunity to talk to Steve Davis. Both these gentlemen seemed very knowledgeable and open in our discussions. We almost made a deal - however, it was not the mid year model - which had the automatic lift gate. My wife really wanted this feature and I explained that to Bryan. He told me he would do some searching and call me back. Within an hour Bryan called and told me about the car he found. It was pretty close to the exact car we wanted and we put down a deposit ($1K) so they could order the car. Bryan informed me the car would be in on the 21st of Jan and I told him once he got the car I would figure out how I wanted to get it to Las Vegas. Bryan called on the 19th and told me the car had arrived. We discussed price and I felt the deal was "superb." I also asked Bryan if they could put splash guards on the vehicle. He said he would handle it. I then talked to Lan and we decided to drive to Scottsdale and depending on how much they gave us for the trade we would drive the new car back to Vegas. On Saturday the 22nd, we drove to Scottsdale. When we arrived Bryan was outside and immediately showed us the car. It was beautiful. We asked him to show us the stainless steel bumper guard - and he did. We had talked about this previously and he had it ready to be installed on the car. After talking to Bryan, he introduced us to Steve. Steve and I went back and forth on the trade value of my vehicle - but I felt at all times he was looking out for the interest of the dealership as well as myself. We agreed on a final price and we traded in our Mazda for the FX35. Bryan then took us to see Nick Buzzetta in finance to do all the paperwork. There was not a lot to do since we were paying cash for the car - however Nick did bring up the maintenance agreement and extended warranty. These issues I had not thought about. Nick told me the going in price and what price he would charge. We negotiated a little - however, I thought the value was excellent and bought both packages. After completing the paper work we again went to see Bryan who took the time to go over the specifications of the car in detail. This note is a little bit long - but I wanted you to know that our experience with your personnel was the very best buying experience we have ever had. Your personnel really made us feel special. I have told everyone that has looked at our car this same story and about our outstanding purchasing experience. Your people were great. I had been searching for a C6 Corvette for a long time. I came across an 2005 corvette for sale at Infiniti of Scottsdale. They had the vehicle listed at a very low price. I contacted the dealership by phone and spoke to salesperson Stephen Finch. He went out to the vehicle and walked around it as I asked him question about it. He was very descriptive about it. I told him I wanted to research it and left him my contact number. I began researching the reputation of the dealership and history on the vehicle. Both came back with outstanding reports. I contacted Stephen and we proceeded to make the deal. I was extremely nervous as I live in Texas over 800 miles away from Scottsdale Az. I decided th "take the leap of faith", as Stephen Finch had a professional and honest demeanor. I worked with Nick Buzzetta in finance and had the same impression about him. Less than a week later the Corvette arrived at my home. I was shock by the great condition the vehicle was in. It was better than described and I had imagined. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and experience with the professionals at Infiniti of Scottsdale. More

I bought a used car sight unseen over the Internet, against my better judgment. Everybody I spoke with was very nice and helpful, and I enjoyed dealing with them. I paid a fair price, but when the car arrived via transport truck it did not measure up to what had been represented by their salesperson. I was quite disappointed, and complained to management. To their credit and to my surprise, the dealer considered my complaint (written, including photos and estimates) thoroughly and thoughtfully, and then wrote me a check so I could get the repairs done. I was very impressed with their sense of fairness and willingness to do the right thing - an experience that is a little unusual in the car business, and a real breath of fresh air. Although I was frustrated for a while, now that the car is fixed I can say that in the end I very much appreciated the way I was treated, and would definitely recommend the dealership. More
