Kevin & Lee whee very helpful and inforamtive on insuring I was confortable with getting into a new G37 Coupe. This was my first new car purchase, and Mark was great. He was extremely patient with me, as I was very particular about what I was looking for. Has been the worst car shopping experience ever!! Most unfriendly people with a big attitude problem. Buying a used car has never been easy and it would be the worst if you were to consider getting it f unfriendly people with a big attitude problem. Buying a used car has never been easy and it would be the worst if you were to consider getting it from Infiniti of Scottsdale. First, the dealer made it seem like he was giving a deal by "working" with me on the monthly payments but all he did was keep his price intact and reduce the monthly payments by adding the no. of months to the loan term. I told him, I can write you a check for the entire amount and he needn't worry about my monthly payments. So, he asked me if I dropped the price to xxxxx would you buy the car today and I said yes. I was promised a price that the salesman and I agreed upon and he wrote it on a piece of paper. "If I were to give you the car for $xxxxx, would you buy it today" and asked me to sign it. Made me fill out a credit check (hard inquiry) application and came back after 10 minutes to tell me that he has good news and that I got a good rate but unfortunately his manager didn't agree to the rate. This is the most absurd ridiculous negotiation ever.. I don't see a point in the dealer asking me, completley on his own to sign a piece of paper on an amount we agreed upon as the sale price for the car and coming back to say no to it. (why would he do it if he knows he can't give it to me for that price and he's not even a regular sales guy. He's the sales manager) I didn't ask him to do it and to top it knowing that they can't give me the car for that price I wonder why they had to run a credit check for me. It's a no deal, end of story. Am left for God knows how long with that hard inquiry on my credit when I wasn't even going to be given the credit. But the best is yet to follow. I felt I could stretch my dollar a bit more on the car and called back the next day only to hear the dealer say in the most rudest way possible that he would not give me even the $500 discount he was going to give the previous day. He basically said, I will NOT sell you the car. And that is Infiniti of Scottsdale for you... More
GREAT experience!! Lee Jones assigned us to Lindsey and Lindsey was pleasant and informative. Any questions we had, if she didn't have an answer, she got us one. Went to the dealership, was able to test drive vehicle and ask any questions. Was able to request a color and the model I wanted without any hastle. Requested a certain model. Since it wasn't in the dealership, Lee Jones requested from another dealership and I was able to make my decision without any pressure. My hats off to Lee Jones and Lindsy Haworth!! They are two keepers! More

Illias did not come across as a typical car salesman, that's a good thing!. My wife and I had already receioved a good price from another valley Infiniti dealer but that dealer couldn't get exactly the that's a good thing!. My wife and I had already receioved a good price from another valley Infiniti dealer but that dealer couldn't get exactly the color we wanted and we would have to "settle" for something else. Since we were in the area looking at a competitor's vehicles before making a final decision, we ecided to stop at this dealer to see if they had a color we would rather have. If they did, we were planning to have the original Infiniti dealer trade for it. When we got to the lot, we told Illias what we were doing, expecting him to point us in the right direction and not bother with us, since we had no plan to buy there. Instead, he escorted us around to view his inventory. After we saw a few vehicles, he asked if he could get his manager to check area inventories to make sure there wasn't a color we wanted. We said, of course, but that the other dealer had tried already. At that point Illias also asked if he could try to beat the other price. By not pressuring us to change dealers right away, he came across as more interested in helping us than getting a sale. That seperated him from 90% of car salesmen. After finding a car we preferred, and getting us a better deal, he and his manager took great care of us until we drove off with our new vehicle. Unfortunately, I don't recall the Manager's name, but I'm sure the Dealership does. Thanks to both of them! More
I rated this experience based on the quality level of service provided. I felt comfortable and never forced to buy the vehicle.
