The first was when I authorized 775.00 worth of work, and when I went to pick up my car, the bill was over 1600.00! I had received an email requesting authorization of additional work, for which I responded “not today.” I had this documented on my phone. When I was taken to J. Cady’s office, he said his representative had called and gotten a verbal okay. Not the case at all!! He proceeded to tell me I was a liar!! He clearly didn’t care for me, an outspoken female professional that wasn’t going to just pay the entire bill and be quiet. The second occasion occurred after my car didn’t start one night, and I got jumped and went to O’Reillys, where I had purchased my previous battery in October of 2016. I was told it was still under warranty, so no charge. When they went to put the battery in, there was a battery from April, 2015! The only people that had been under the hood was Infiniti of Scottsdale. I had noticed when I picked up my car from them, my windows wouldn’t go up any longer with a touch. This occurs when a battery has been changed..also, part of the work they had requested to do was replace the spark plugs! I took the battery that was removed from my car to Infiniti of Scottsdale, and unfortunately, had to deal with J. Cady yet again. Now, why would I buy a battery if I didn’t need to? Why would I drag a dirty old battery back to them? I thought he would genuinely be concerned that one of the technicians swapped out batteries, but no! Yet again, he called me a liar!’ He said they would pay me for the battery, but when I said I was going to write a review, he took it back, and told me he didn’t my business anymore. Why wouldn’t he look to see if perhaps I was correct? Rather, he thought it was more appropriate to call me a liar. I’ve driven Infiniti since 2009, but recently moved to Scottsdale, hence my move to them. I would NEVER, EVER expose myself to the ridicule, rudeness, and unprofessionalism J. Cady showed me. He doesn’t like strong, independent women..at least that was the case for me More
Service Sales and management have been great. But the service department is one of the worst I have ever delt with anywhere this location and the one in Peori Sales and management have been great. But the service department is one of the worst I have ever delt with anywhere this location and the one in Peoria. I was driving from surprise to this location for about a year because I had the warranty were I had to go to that location until I called and had that fixed. We will start with Gina she is not personal and very cold. We have complained and spoke on the phone many times about the fabric piller in the car was coming off from where they placed the clips as if they re used the same clips from the old piller after replacing fabric. Gina and myself spoke on the phone months ago about this. I told her it’s to far to come to Scottsdale just to look at it like before then make another appt to service the issue. She never said oh you can’t go to Peoria to do this since it’s out workmanship. She not only had voicemails about this from me but we spoke on the phone for a long time about this. I went to Peoria for an oil change months ago and was told by them they could not do this as it’s workmanship from other location. After finally getting a car to borrow so my husband could take the care to Scottsdale and I could still work. Gina went on about how I was over the miles of the warranty on that even though it was talked about months ago before that exspited and never did she even say I had a time frame to get this done. I paid for exstended warranty for things like this that are not ware and tear. She did her then to fix this under the warranty. But this is one issue. I had taken my car many times for oil changes and even when this was fixed the first time and told them my car shakes when shifting gears and was told it’s normal by Peoria and all of them do this. And the Scottsdale location that nothing was wrong. My husband finally put his foot down this week and they looked and he drove with a tech and the tech felt it and said yea I don’t think that’s normal. We get an email with things needed fixed and that was found to be an issue they would fix under warranty. So for a year I drove this car with a huge issue and no one helped me. We were told by Gina oh we don’t show anyone ever saying anything about this. I told her personally about this. Story gets worse. Husband picks up car on sat and did not walk to the back of the car as he walked to the front and drove away. We get home to see our business logo on back window is messed up after they cleaned it at the dealership. We were never asked if they could clean our car. My husband just called to tell Gina as service is closed sundays. And she tells him oh I don’t think our car wash could do that. Are you kidding me. That was not like that when we took the car in. And when you do your walk through before taking our car in did you note this like you would a delt so you don’t get blamed as a dealership. Nope not written or noticed by her at all. So then how is it our fault as the customer it was not there before we took our car in. We are now waiting for a response from her. And well if they do need us to take the car in. Who is the one paying us for the gas that takes us an hour each way to get to them. Really come on tell me how this is all fair all the issues. More
Easiest and best car buying experience hands down! I was in the market for a new very recently. Bounced around a few dealers and finally landed on an a vehicle at Audi. The experience with them was not I was in the market for a new very recently. Bounced around a few dealers and finally landed on an a vehicle at Audi. The experience with them was nothing short of a headache. It was back and forth, back and forth, always something else with them that became headache from a customer perspective. I then decided to reach out to Infiniti Scottsdale. Was put in touch with salesman Lee Jones. Lee from the second I first talked to him was nothing short of amazing as far as my car buying experience. I was transparent from the get go and he was on the same page the entire process. I can’t thank him enough for making this a simple and enjoyable experience. I love my new car. I highly reccomend Infiniti Scottsdale and even more so Lee Jones, the guy will without a doubt get it done! Thank you again! More
The deal where everything went wrong We visited this dealership to test drive and hopefully buy a 2018 Infiniti QX60. We knew exactly what we wanted and what colors were acceptable to us We visited this dealership to test drive and hopefully buy a 2018 Infiniti QX60. We knew exactly what we wanted and what colors were acceptable to us. After a successful test drive, we decided we liked the car enough to try and negotiate a deal. Candi was our sales rep, she brought back a decent deal on a car that we wanted in a color combination that was acceptable for us. But, when we asked to actually see the car before we signed on any number - the fun began. Candi kept asking us what the percentage was that we were going to take the deal because they would have to get the car from their "far away lot". LOL, I know they keep some cars over on Paradise Lane, but that didn't seem like a big deal. We kept insisting that we really needed to see the car, and see what the seat color looked like because they had nothing in the lot or showroom that had that color. More shenanigans ensued. How about a black car? How about a blue one? How abuot this dark silver one? We couldn't understand what was going on, what was so wrong with the white one we actually wanted and were negotiating for? She finally brought back a number that we wanted and we said ok, we will take the car. As we were filling out the credit application she came over and told us that that Connie one of their employees is going to buy that car and she has it and she won't bring it here because she wants it. xxx? We felt like we were in a comedy show, or bad sales training video. Bait and Switch anyone? But they could get us a car from California maybe next week - and they would be so nice as not to charge us a shipping fee. I took our credit application and personal info off the desk and we headed out the door. We felt like we had been lied to, tricked, manipulated and used. There was no way I would feel good about owning that Infiniti or any Infiniti in the future. Infiniti of Scottsdale should be ashamed of the tactics used by the sales staff. More

Fluctuations of an industries goods and serv Being Involved in the Technology Business sector for the past 40 years, one witnesses patterns develop. Fluctuations of an industries goods and services, are inevitable, as it is in life in general. Although there are exceptions where fluctuations are anticipated and embraced in a positive manner, simply said the ones committed to integrity will compete honestly and thoroughly to produce the long term favorable constant. Scottsdale Infiniti Service Departments representative Eric has proven a reflection of the aforementioned integrity. I have witnessed his ability to interact seamlessly (listen and explain) with a wide range of customers, including the members on his team. Although to understand an electric-mechanical system requires a skill, interacting with all the facets involved in an industry requires much more for long term success. It does take aptitude, attitude, experience and skill, but most importantly is the integrity with which this package functions. To find a product and repair shop one can trust is truly valuable. Worth mentioning is the 2012 Infiniti I own which has been serviced strictly by Scottsdale Infiniti for the past 5 years. I currently receive compliments and offers to purchase this vehicle from a wide range of people rather often due to its current condition. Automobile technician groups need brand specific specialization these days. Just training, certificates and factory authorization are not guarantees of workmanship. A well seasoned technician knows that experience, training and intelligence are not a guarantee for outcome; again.... there needs to be integrity and attitude in the environment. All personnel on particular team in a professional environment of respect and positive energy flow, will then provide the best steady positive results. All the experience in the world cannot thrive properly without these ingredients and good moral character. Outcome of this nature reflects this department. Thank you, More
Scam sales tactic 1. I was given out the door price over email but showed up to dealership only to be told the price was higher. they sneak in added cost for miscellane 1. I was given out the door price over email but showed up to dealership only to be told the price was higher. they sneak in added cost for miscellaneous options I did not agree too. Switch and bait to get you in the door. 2. High sales pressure to force me to go thru their credit application when I already told them I got approved loan through my bank. He insisted that the credit application is required for government reason OFEC -- which is only for cash paying above $10K. I called talk to sales manager and he too was insisting the credit application is mandatory. I called store general manager but never got a call back. They're all colluding together. These dealers get $$ for pushing people thru their credit application that could hurt client credit report. More
Excellent Service; Ethical Salesperson Lee Jones sticks to his word and goes the extra mile. I bought from out-of-state without seeing the vehicle. Everything was as described Salesperson Lee Jones sticks to his word and goes the extra mile. I bought from out-of-state without seeing the vehicle. Everything was as described and they arranged shipping at a very reasonable rate. At first, they did not want to sell me the car because they had made verbal commit to someone else and they were going to honor it. Only after the other person dropped out did they call me. Although that was frustrating while I had to wait, it's better than other dealers who will sell to first person who pays. More
A great experience with Finance mgr I never met From Texas i was shopping for an extended warranty for my 2013 G37 convertible. The Infiniti USA site pointed me to Courtney at this Arizona dealers From Texas i was shopping for an extended warranty for my 2013 G37 convertible. The Infiniti USA site pointed me to Courtney at this Arizona dealership. I received a prompt email quote and I compared it to my local TX dealer and would save big $$. Courtney was very prompt in answering all my questions and even making suggestions on how best to secure this warranty. Her timely responses to my calls and email even though I’m in TX and did not buy this car from this dealership says alot about Courtney and this dealership. Thanks for a great experience. I was treated by Reid while I was looking at the cars outside. At first, I was not sure if I wanted a crossover SUV or a sedan. I test drove qx30 and q50 and decided to go with q50. Reid was pleasant to talk to. He and his manager gave me a few options to think about. They followed up with me consistently and were trying to help picking the right car for me . I purchased q50 later next week at the very competitive price. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale to my friends and family. More
Best experience EVER We had the best experience at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Bryan Nelson was a man of his word and had a great business ethic. He was honest and effective We had the best experience at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Bryan Nelson was a man of his word and had a great business ethic. He was honest and effective with my time. We communicated via email a few times before I went in to the dealership. When it was all said and done, I was finished and out the door in less than two hours with my new car. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly, including Josh and Jim. We could not be more happy with our experience and will not go to any other dealership! More
