He didn't blink an eye when we decided to switch which vehicle we wanted, and he walked us through every step of the car buying process. Eddie was patient to answer all of our questions (even when we asked the same questions multiple times!) and definitely knew his vehicles/features. When we had questions about different features after we left the dealership/test drive, he went out in the 110+ degree heat, went to the vehicle and took pictures to confirm the specific features we had asked about. He also sent us links to video tutorials to help answer our questions. Eddie helped get us set up in advance with the finance application and coordinated getting our necessary information so that when we walked into the dealership to sign, everything that could possibly be prepared in advance was. This was extremely comforting to my husband who gets stressed out about price negotiations and spending time at a dealership. This guy promised exceptional service, and he delivered! We were considering four different vehicles, some new, some CPO, at a variety of dealerships. Infiniti of Scottsdale was the ONLY DEALER that gave us upfront pricing with no hidden fees. I can say Eddie was also the ONLY salesman from the four dealerships who gave us honest info about pricing.
